MK VENTURES

MK Ventures ApS (MKV) is a family owned holding company established in 1986 by Morten Eldrup-Jørgensen and Klaus Eldrup-Jørgensen.

MKV is the majority shareholder in TrackMan A/S, a Danish sports data technology company, engaged in the development, manufacturing, marketing and selling of tracking technology based on doppler radar and/or optical tracking technology, and related products and activities for multiple purposes within the world of sports, including in particular the golf and baseball industries.

As part of its general investment strategy, MKV engages in direct or indirect investments in unlisted companies with a focus on businesses that develop and provide generally beneficial products and services. This includes investments in the following companies and entities:

• Portchain ApS, a company specializing in AI planning to solve the hardest planning problems in the shipping industry by maximizing utilization and capacity for terminals and carriers and reduce worldwide fuel consumption in the industry;

• Wear & Care ApS, a company engaged in the creation and implementation of technological solutions in the field of continence care to create more dignity for residents, greater job satisfaction for the staff, and saving of personal and environmental resources at elderly care facilities;

• Maj Invest Financial Inclusion Fund II and Maj Invest Financial Inclusion Fund III, two investment funds, investing in excellent financial institutions providing sustainable financial services to client groups below the middle class in developing countries.

MKV’s investment in Reapplix A/S and its revolutionary wound care technology is a natural addition to this group of unlisted investments.

NORTH EAST

North-East Healthcare Investment is a Swiss-based company serving as the investment vehicle of North-East Family Office for direct investments in healthcare-related companies.
The investment mandate includes a broad interpretation of healthcare with a focus on med-tech and diagnostic opportunities with proven regulatory paths, which are profitable or close to being profitable.
The mandate covers all stages of investment from start-ups over spin-offs to mature companies. The company facilitates investments either together with experienced executives and entrepreneurs or with other dedicated investors.

NOVO SEED

SEED Capital is Denmark’s largest early stage venture capital fund with €260 million under management.
