Peter Hentschel held the position of Senior Vice President of Mölnlycke Health Care’s Wound Care and Surgical divisions where he worked during 1998-2006, businesses that employed more than 3,000 people worldwide. Peter was actively involved in the sale of Mölnlycke Health Care to Apax Partners in 2005. He has 30 years of international experience within the Health Care and Consumer goods industry. Presently Peter works with different board assignments and has experience from being a board member and chairman of 9 other companies.
Previous positions include President & CEO of NeoPharma AB; General Manager of Fresenius-Kabi AB; Executive Vice President Global Nutrition Division at Fresenius-Kabi and President & CEO of Pharmacia & Upjohn AS. In addition, he has, for the past 15 years held Chairman positions and board memberships with several listed/non listed life science companies in Scandinavia including the Trade Association, IML. Ulf has founded and exited several companies in the life science sector. Currently he is a Board member of Acarix A/S, Observe Medical Aps, Alkalon A/S, Trial Form Support International AB.
Søren obtained his MSc degree from the Technical University of Denmark in 1993 and his PhD degree in molecular biology in 1997 from the Technical University of Denmark. In addition, Søren has academic training as a postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine. Prior to joining Novo Seeds, Søren served as global manager of Bioinformatics and Genomics at Novozymes, CSO and Vice President of R&D at Exiqon A/S, cancer drug development at BioImage and as a research scientist at Novo Nordisk. Søren serves on the Board of Directors of Reapplix A/S and Denator AB. Since 2008, Søren has been a board member of Danish Biotech (the Association of Biotechnology Industries in Denmark).
Tonni has extensive industry experience. Previous positions include being CEO of Nordic Medical Group A/S, President, ELA Medical (Canada & South America), a part of Sanofi, Global Marketing Director for St. Jude Medical (Los Angeles, USA, and Japan), BU Director for St. Jude Medical EEMEA (Brussels, Belgium), Country Manager for Guidant Nordic Area and Sales Manager for Danica Biomedical. He educational background was as a medico engineer and he holds an executive MBA from Scandinavian International Management Institute. In Vækstfonden, he is responsible for the business development of the MedTech portfolio and has several active board memberships including Fluimedix, Advalight, TeesuVac, AnyBody Technology and FBC devices.
